Futura Poster I designed this poster for Typography II taught by Daryl Smith in Spring 2009. The assignment was to choose a typeface designer and design an informational poster about them and one of their typefaces. Futura is one of my favorite typefaces so I enjoyed getting the opportunity to explore its history and write the copy about it. In designing this poster I learned about creating a hierarchy with several different levels using several required elements.
